Compensation: Up to $10,000 per year (max 2 years). Note: A formal evaluation will be conducted at the conclusion of Year One to assess progress, outcomes, and alignment of goals and objectives before continuation into the second year. Key ResponsibilitiesCurriculum AuditConduct a comprehensive evaluation of all current short courses. Produce a gap-analysis report identifying specific content areas that require updates to meet industry and student needs, as well as the CIBD exams. Integration StrategyResearch and develop a plan to integrate MBAA course content into a cohesive track for CIBD exam success. This involves high-level coordination between the MBAA Executive Committee, course directors, and additional partnerships. Stakeholder ManagementProvide regular progress updates and strategic recommendations to the MBAA Executive Committee and the Education Committee to ensure project alignment with organizational goals. Expert SourcingAssist Course Directors in identifying and securing leading Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to fill critical content gaps or lead specialized educational modules. Quality AssuranceCollaborate closely with the Education Committee Chair to design and implement a sustainable plan for recurring course evaluations well beyond the initial 2-year term.
