Stephanie Jensen is a seasoned association management professional with more than 12 years of experience helping organizations thrive. She earned the Certified Association Executive (CAE) designation, the highest credential for association management professionals, and holds a degree in international economics and certificate in non-profit management from the University of Wisconsin–Milwaukee. Stephanie currently lives in Seattle, Washington, and is passionate about advancing the work of associations.

Carole  has worked with associations since 2004. She holds a Master of Science in Human Nutrition and a Bachelor of Science in Human Environmental Sciences, both from The University of Alabama. Carole is inspired by the collaborative nature of association work, valuing how it brings people together to create practical solutions that address today’s challenges while building a meaningful, long-term impact.

Lindsey Boadi is an accomplished Education & Events Manager with a strong background in association management, strategic event planning, and program development. With experience supporting conferences, educational initiatives, and member engagement efforts, Lindsey brings a thoughtful, detail-driven approach to every project she leads.

She is inspired by the opportunity to create meaningful experiences that bring people together, foster learning, and drive lasting impact. Lindsey is motivated by the knowledge that her work supports connection, growth, and purpose within the communities she serves.
