Learn from Industry Expertise
The course is led by Jack Albanese, Vice President of Operations at Kona Brewing Hawaii. After earning his Master’s degree in Biomanufacturing and Bioprocessing from University of Georgia, Jack began his brewing career as a Cellar Intern at Terrapin Beer Company in Athens, Georgia.
At Terrapin, he built the Quality Assurance program as QA Manager and later, as Vice President of Operations, helped scale brewing, fermentation, and packaging capacity from 20,000 barrels to more than 100,000 barrels annually. Jack further expanded his expertise by earning a Master of Science in Brewing and Distilling from Heriot-Watt University in Edinburgh, Scotland.
With deep hands-on experience in production environments, Jack bridges the gap between theory and what actually works on the packaging floor—bringing real-world knowledge to every module.
