By popular demand, we will be bringing in Ashton Lewis to give his talk, titled "A Practical Brewer's View of pH."
Ashton Lewis joined RahrBSG, headquartered in Shakopee, Minnesota, in December 2016 and currently serves as Technical Product Manager. Prior to joining RahrBSG, he was the master brewer at Springfield Brewing Company from 1997 to 2019. For the past 30 years, Ashton has been the technical editor for Brew Your Own magazine and the author of its long-running "Help Me, Mr. Wizard" column. He holds a B.S. in Food Science from Virginia Tech and an M.S. in Food/Brewing Science from UC Davis.
