Technical Presentation

Our featured speaker will be Ann Fahy-Gust, who will be speaking from her experiences in large and small breweries on post-packaging quality assurance.

Ann Fahy-Gust is one of the co-owners and brewmaster of South by SouthEast Minnesota Brewing Company and is responsible for their beer recipe formulation and creation, brewing, quality control, taproom management and distribution coordination. Ann started her career with Coors before moving to Guinness and Scottish Courage. She eventually became one of the first female Master Brewers in the United States, and is a graduate of the Siebel Institute as well.

Meeting Sponsorship: Members may sponsor a meeting by purchasing a sponsorship level. The District Board reserves the right to limit or censor any sponsored content. Sponsorships are voluntary and do not represent an endorsement from the MBAA.
