Welcome to District Southern California!

MBAA Southern California was founded more than 70 years ago to provide education, camaraderie, and support for our dynamic brewing community. We are home to a diverse and inclusive array of breweries, brewers, and industry professionals, stretching from our sunny southernmost border to the beautiful Central Coast, from the mighty Pacific Ocean to the majestic mountain communities and peaceful deserts, stretching past the State line to include our friends in Nevada and Arizona.We typically hold our meetings twice a year, generally on a Saturday morning to allow time for travel. Each meeting includes two to three technical presentations, a continental breakfast, and plenty of time to socialize. Members often say that the post-presentation shop talk and networking are the most rewarding, although the technical presentations never disappoint. With members from the largest breweries on the planet to the smallest nano operation, we provide a welcoming and educational experience with one goal in mind – to constantly improve our beers, processes, and relationships.
