Join us at Faction Brewing in Alameda, CA for the next MBAA Northern California District Meeting beginning at 10:00 AM.
We'll kick off the morning with coffee, bagels, and district updates followed by outstanding technical presentation from Steve Gonzalez, Lab Manager at Russian River Brewing Company.
Steve will present: Enhanced Hop Products, Usage and Results
This presentation will share data from an in-depth series of brewing trials evaluating the use of hop extracts and enhanced hop pellets, including both full and partial substitution of traditional T-90 pellets. Attendees will gain valuable insight into product performance, practical application strategies, and the resulting impacts on beer quality and production outcomes.
Following the presentation and discussion, we'll adjourn to the Faction Brewing taproom at noon to continue networking over beers while enjoying one of the best waterfront views in the Bay Area.
