District MilwaukeeWelcome to District Milwaukee!MBAA District Milwaukee was founded in 1902 as the Brewmasters' Association of Milwaukee and Vicinity to provide education, support, and camaraderie to brewers of the surrounding area. Today, our District represents the entire state of Wisconsin. We typically hold our meetings in the evenings on the third Thursdays of January, March, May, September, and November at locations across the state. Each meeting includes a technical presentation, dinner, and plenty of time to socialize. Beyond our regular meeting schedule, we also periodically host technical conferences and summer social events. With members from large breweries founded in the 1800s to small taproom breweries that opened within the last few years, along with a strong network of local providers of equipment and supplies, District Milwaukee is rich in both knowledge and history.
