Abstract
Chuckanut Munich-Style Dunkel has been an award-winning beer for the past 13 years and is still a favorite at the Great American Beer Festival. Dunkel is not a common style in the U.S. market, but it is often a favorite beer for brewers because of its drinkability. It is a simple beer that hides its complexity in a precise balance of malt and hops. This recipe from Chuckanut is brewed for high yield and fermentability and is given a conventional long lagering time.
