General Information

The Master Brewers Association of the Americas has been providing technical leadership for the brewing industry for 125 years. One of the primary activities to facilitate an exchange of knowledge and ideas is the MBAA Annual Conference. 

The MBAA Annual Conference is the perfect opportunity to learn and network. It provides you the chance to come together, network with your peers, discuss critical issues in brewing, discover the methods of others, and get to know your colleagues. It is your link to the latest technological developments. Discover unsurpassed educational opportunities and some of the greatest brewers from around the world. Get inspired by a mix of practical workshops and ground-breaking papers, all while sampling the latest brews! 

This year, we will be meeting at the Hyatt Regency Jacksonville Riverfront. We will see you there!

Registration Desk

Registration will be open in the Grand Foyer during the following times:

​Wednesday, October 7: ​12:00–6:00 p.m.
Thursday, October 8: ​7:30 a.m.–6:00 p.m.
Friday, October 9: ​7:30 a.m.–5:30 p.m.
​Saturday, October 10: ​8:00 a.m.–12:00 p.m.
 

Guests

Guests wishing to attend MBAA Celebration Reception must purchase a ticket and be at least 21 years of age. Guests do not have access to technical sessions, workshops, or the exhibit area. Guests must register, have a name badge, and be at least 21 years of age to gain access to the bierstube. Coworkers and business associates are not considered guests and must pay the appropriate registration fees.

Bierstube

The MBAA Bierstube will be open to all registered attendees and registered guests. A name badge is required to enter. No one under the age of 21 is permitted.

Poster Viewing

Posters will be available for viewing on Thursday 10:00 a.m.–7:00 p.m. and Friday 8:00 a.m.–3:45 p.m. Check the poster page for times to meet with poster presenters.

WiFi Lounge

Complimentary WiFi will be available in the Grand Foyer. 2015 MBAA Annual Conference WiFi is sponsored in part by Stratum Consulting Partners.

Proceedings

Electronic proceedings are available to purchase for $55. The proceedings will be available online following the meeting to all who purchased them.

Photo Release

Photographs will be taken during the MBAA Annual Conference. By registering for the meeting, you agree to allow MBAA to use your photo in any publications, promotions, or websites for MBAA.

Speaker Kiosk

The Speaker Kiosk will be available for speakers to review their presentations the day before their scheduled session. The Kiosk is located near the Registration Desk.

Dress

The official dress of the meeting is business casual.

Attendees from Outside the United States

Recently, the United States has updated its visa policies to increase security for citizens and visitors, so the process of applying for your visa may have changed from the last time you applied or may take longer. Please visit the U.S. Department of State website for official information. The Department of State encourages you to apply for your visa as soon as possible. Some consulates may have backlogs in scheduling visa interviews so applicants should contact the consulate to find out how long the wait is for an interview. Visa wait times are available online here.
