Welcome to our Hybrid Courses Health & Safety page. We will update this page regularly with information about our health & safety protocols for attendees, speakers, and staff. Going forward, we will continue to examine CDC recommendations and the guidelines put forth by the city, state, and specific venues.
COVID-19 Vaccination Verification
All
attendees, speakers, and staff are required to be fully vaccinated. Although we encourage all participants to have the booster, Master Brewers is following CDC guidelines. You are required to show proof of at least two doses of vaccination for participation in the course. After registering, you will be sent an email containing instructions for submitting an image of your COVID vaccination card.
Mask Up Master Brewers
Masking
may be required while on-site in Madison, depending on the venue requirements at
the time. There is currently a masking mandate for public indoor spaces in Madison.
This web page will be updated as the situation evolves.
Pre-Travel Health Questionnaire
To ensure your health and wellness, we ask all attendees to self-evaluate their travel fitness prior to traveling to Madison, WI for the in-person week. Within 48 hours of the in-person phase of the course, you will be sent a Pre-Travel Questionnaire. If you respond "yes" to any of the questions, we request that you either get a COVID-19 test prior to your departure or remain at home.
Expected Behavior Policy
By registering for the course, you are agreeing to follow the expected behavior policy:
We are dedicated to providing a harassment-free meeting experience for everyone, regardless of
gender, sexual orientation, disability, physical appearance, body size, race, or religion. We do not
tolerate harassment of participants in any form. We ask all attendees, exhibitors, speakers,
sponsors, volunteers, guests, and other participants to be considerate and respectful to all members
and refrain from demeaning, discriminatory, or harassing behavior and speech. Please note, if you
register a guest for the conference, you may be held responsible for the actions of the guest.
Violations of this policy should be reported to meeting staff.
Master Brewers reserves the right to remove any individual from attendance or other participation
in any Master Brewers sponsored event without prior warning or refund, and to take additional
