Fear of saying the wrong thing or making a mistake can make us reluctant to engage in DEI conversations and efforts in the workplace. Learning how to deal with these situations, even innocent mistakes, is a valuable skill and can help us promote a healthy workplace. How do we know when we’ve screwed up and what we should do in the aftermath? How do we have these conversations in the workplace? These are important questions to ask ourselves!
Come learn with us as Ren Navarro discusses how to address these issues in the workplace. As we understand how to address our mistakes it will help us build a supportive work environment where everyone feels safe. This is an important topic for everyone because mistakes can happen to anyone.
If you have a question but would like to remain anonymous feel free to email it in early and it can be addressed during the webinar.
