Webinar Summary

This webinar will cover how to use basic genetic sequencing to identify unknown organisms in the brewery environment. This technique can be used to inform where problem areas might exist in the brewery sanitation regimen and how worried the brewer should be. While some genetic sequencing methods can be extremely complicated and expensive, the protocols laid out here are quite simple and can be performed at minimal cost by almost any brewery with a basic microbiology program. More technical methods for obtaining quick results (by noon the next day) will also be shown. Finally, data analysis and interpretation will be covered in depth.
