​Registration for all attendees (excluding Single Day registrants) includes:

  • 2.5 days of scientific sessions and poster sessions, including well-known, highly respected invited experts and the most recent science taken from the best technical abstract submissions
  • Opening Happy Hour
  • Thursday and Friday lunch with exhibits
  • Celebration Reception
  • Access to the Bierstube hospitality suite
  • Unlimited networking opportunities with your colleagues

Single Day registration includes entrance to all scientific sessions, posters, networking events, and the hospitality suite only on the day that is purchased.

  • Single DayThursday does include a ticket to the Opening Happy Hour.​
  • Single DayFriday does not include a ticket to the Celebration Reception. Registrants much purchase a ticket in order to attend.

Students registering with the Student Registration PLUS option must have a faculty member sign if registering by mail or fax. If registering online, the full name and e-mail address of the appropriate faculty member must be provided to qualify.

Abstract Presenter Registration and Deadline

Every primary presenter of an oral, workshop, or poster presentation will receive a $200 USD discount off either a Member or Nonmember registration fee (does not apply to Exhibitor, Student Member, or Single Day registrations). Once your abstract has been accepted, you will receive a promo code to use when you register. Each abstract will receive a maximum of one presenter discount per abstract.

Every presenter of an oral presentation or poster abstract MUST register by August 30, 2019 or the abstract will be withdrawn from the meeting.

Guest Information

Guests must register and purchase the Guest Bundle, which includes access to the Bierstube hospitality suite and tickets to the Opening Happy Hour and Celebration Reception. Each Guest Bundle is $159.00 ($215 CAD).

Guests are required to have a name badge and ticket to attend ticketed functions and while they are in the Bierstube hospitality suite. Guests do not have access to any of the scientific sessions, posters, or exhibits.

Co-workers and business associates are not considered guests and must pay registration fees.

Meistersud Mentor Program

Will this year's conference be your first? Are you unsure of what to expect, or how to maximize your time at the conference? Want to share your insight with others at the meeting? Then the Meistersud Mentor Program is for you! This program is hosted by the Master Brewers Membership Task Force and is open to both first-time conference attendees and those interested in showing new attendees the ropes of the meeting.

Cancellation/Refund Policy

Meeting cancellations MUST be made in writing and received no later than September 20, 2019. Cancellations received by this date are subject to a $100 processing fee; any guest tickets purchased will be fully refunded. Registration and ticketed event cancellations received after September 20, 2019, are NOT subject to a refund. Master Brewers reserves the right to cancel the meeting if a sufficient number of registrations are not received by September 20, 2019. If Master Brewers cancels this meeting, your registration fee will be refunded in full. In the event Master Brewers cancels this meeting, Master Brewers is not liable for nonrefundable airfares or ticket change penalties imposed by the airlines. By registering for this meeting, you agree to the cancellation and refund terms and conditions.

Visitors from most countries, such as the United States, Mexico, and the United Kingdom, require a valid passport to enter Canada.

If you have any questions regarding entering Canada with a prior felony conviction, such as a DUI, please contact the Master Brewers Registration Desk and we will connect you with the appropriate personnel at the Canada Border Services Agency. We recommend contacting the Canada Border Services Agency prior to registering for the conference and booking travel to review and discuss the requirements for admission into Canada. Expected Behavior Policy
