- The exhibitor package includes instructions and the login/password details necessary to access Superior Show's online services for booth rental, furniture rental, carpet, exhibit installation, shipping to the show (advance or direct), and other services

- The 2019 Master Brewers Conference will take place at the Calgary Telus Convention Centre
- To order any electrical, internet, telecommunication/cable, utilities, and/or catering services (or to view the Exhibitor Building Regulations), please download and fill out the Marriott FMAV Tradeshow forms
- NOTE: Any exhibitors who wish to hand out any sort of food or drink samples (e.g. water bottles, granola bars, popcorn, etc.) MUST fill out the Catering Standard and Credit Card Authorization Form

Please book your hotel only through the official hotel links available on this webpage. DO NOT book through outside agents claiming to represent Master Brewers or the 2019 Conference. There are NO third-party companies authorized by Master Brewers to book your hotel accommodations for you. These companies may be offering hotel rates that are above/below the Master Brewers-discounted rates published above. No one can book hotel rooms at rates lower than Master Brewers-contracted rates over the 2019 Conference dates at Master Brewers-designated hotels.
These organizations may ask for full payment up front. Please also be advised that once you sign any agreements (i.e., credit card authorization forms), Master Brewers cannot guarantee that a room will be available to you.
