The 2019 Master Brewers Conference will take place at the Calgary Telus Convention Centre in Calgary, Alberta. The premeeting workshops, Bierstube, and Celebration Reception will take place at the Hyatt Regency Calgary.

Reservation Deadline
2019 Master Brewers Conference rates are available until October 9, 2019, or until rooms sell out, whichever comes first. Please make your reservations early for the best rates and room availability.
Cancellation Policy
The cancellation policies differ at the two conference hotels. For the Hyatt Regency Calgary, you can cancel your reservation up until October 22, 2019. For the Calgary Marriott Downtown Hotel, you can cancel your reservation up until 48 hours prior to check-in. For both properties, once the cancellation deadline has passed, a non-refundable deposit in the amount of the first night's room and taxes will be charged to the card on file.

There are two hotels holding the 2019 Master Brewers Conference group rate. Booking a room at a contracted hotel under the official conference room block benefits you and supports Master Brewers. When you “book within the block,” you help keep the meeting registration fees lower, you help secure future meeting sites, and you enable Master Brewers to provide important features that participants have come to enjoy. Please book responsibly.

Please book your hotel only through the official hotel links above. DO NOT book through outside agents claiming to represent Master Brewers or the 2019 Conference. There are NO third-party companies authorized by Master Brewers to book your hotel accommodations for you. These companies may be offering hotel rates that are above/below the Master Brewers-discounted rates published above. No one can book hotel rooms at rates lower than Master Brewers-contracted rates over the 2019 Conference dates at Master Brewers-designated hotels.
