District Western New York enjoyed a meeting on December 13th at the historic F. X. Matt Brewing Company in Utica. The attendees were treated to the Brewing Tour Center with fellowship and refreshments, followed by a presentation on Beer Freshness by Alastair Pringle of Pringle-Scott LLC. (see attached photo of Alastair testing a sample with Jim Kuhr of F. X. Matt and Jim McDermott of Genesee Brewing. A dinner was served at the tour center.
