The Lion Brewery, Inc., in conjunction with Yuengling Brewing Co., will be hosting the annual MBAA district Philadelphia Golf Outing & Technical Session. This year's event will take place on Friday, June 25, 2010, at Mountain Valley Golf Course-Mahanoy City, PA.
The technical session will be held in the main club house at Mountain Valley Golf Course, Continental Breakfast will be provided.
Session #1 (9AM-10AM)
Practical Hot Side Brew House Design: Considerations For Any Size Brewery.

Session #2 (10A-11AM)
Hops: Standard and New Varieties, Recipe Considerations, Hop Products and Where Each are Best Used in the Brewing Process.
Note: All Attendees Receive a Complimentary Barth-Haas Hops Companion Book.

The format for this year's outing will be a Shotgun/Captain & Crew/Better-ball event. All teams will tee-off at 12:00PM. All golfers are being asked to check-in before 11:30AM.
All members of the MBAA, suppliers, and friends are welcome to attend this event. Technical Session ONLY $10.00 / Dinner ONLY $25.00 / Full Day, including Technical Session, Golf & all meals $75.00
Full Registration Includes:
Greens fee/Cart and Unlimited Refreshments. Food: Continental Breakfast, Deli Hoagies before 12 PM shotgun start. Dinner—“Backyard Cookout” (BBQ’s, Hamburgers, Hotdogs, Sausage & Peppers, salads, corn, and condiments)
