Single Phase Cleaning for Brewery Operations

Abstract
Single phase cleaning refers to performing all cleaning and sanitizing functions under either alkaline or acid conditions. Single-phase cleaning programs eliminate the need for alkaline washing followed-acid washing. Several benefits accrue from single phase cleaning, including savings of time, water, and C02, and minimization of oxygen pickup in the finished product.

El proceso de limpieza en una sola fase se refiere a realizar todas las funciones de limpieza y sanitacion bajo condiciones alcalinal o acidas. Los programas de limpieza de una sola fase eliminan la necesidad de lavado alcalino despues de un lavado acido. Varios beneficios se desprenden de] lavado en una sola fase, incluyendo ahorro de tiempo, agua, y C02 y minimiascion de absorcion de oxigeno en el producto final.
