Evaluation of Some Laboratory Beer Analyzers

Abstract
Two near-infrared analyzers (LECO, Perstorp) and one density/sonic velocity analyzer (PAAR) were evaluated for the analysis of alcohol and extract in beer. Evaluation samples were split from plant QC samples which were analyzed by SCABA. Paired analysis were statistically evaluated for experimental standard errors. All ana- lyzers gave satisfactory results for alcohol. The PAAR beer analyzer gave satisfactory real extract results.

Sintesis
Se evaluaron dog analizadores de casi-infrarajo (LECO, Perstorp) y un analizador de densidad/sonico de velocidad PARA el analisis de extracto de alcohol en la cerveza. Las muestras para la evaluacion fueron tomadas de lag muestras para control de calidad de lag plantas lag cuales fueron evaluadas por SCABA. Los analisis emparejados fueron estadisticamente evaluados para determinar desviaciones estadisticas de experimentacion. Todos log analizadores dieron resultados satisfactorios en cuanto a alcohol se refiere. El analizador PAAR para cerveza dio resultados satisfactorios para extracto real.
