Descriptive flavor terminology.

Abstract
Descriptive terms have been coined and standardised to fit the property of the flavour compounds present in beer and these terms are used in conjunction with the Flavour Profile method for semi quantitation of the levels of such compounds in the beer. Both desirable and off flavours are included. Examples of some of the terms used are included.
