Abstract
A more convenient and accurate method for analysis of oxygen in beer is needed. Good correlation between the chromatographic and polarographic methods indicates that the polarographic method yields a quick, reliable analysis of oxygen. An instrument, the polarographic oxygen analyzer for continuous in-line measurement, has been designed for continuous oxygen indications.
