Abstract
Beer was packaged and pasteurized at different temperatures and then stored at different temperatures. The brewery taste panel then tasted the beers at regular intervals and ranked the beers in order of preference. Results showed that for any pasteurization temperature, storage temperature had a greater effect on the deterioration of beer quality.
