Abstract
Franco-Belgian style table beer is highly sessionable and highly drinkable. It is simultaneously simple and easy to brew, but it can be a technical challenge to perfect. Jester King’s table beer, Le Petit Prince, is a simple, rustic, mixed-fermentation beer that is dry, hoppy, with interesting fermentation character and very drinkable at under 3% ABV.
