Welcome to our Hybrid Courses Health & Safety page. We will update this page regularly with information about our health & safety protocols for attendees, speakers, and staff. Going forward, we will continue to examine CDC recommendations and the guidelines put forth by the city, state, and specific venues.
The following was updated on November 1, 2022
Health
Proof of vaccination and COVID testing prior to arrival at the course site is not required. We will follow the venue's masking and safety protocols. Masking may be required while on-site, depending on the venue's requirements at the time. You will be informed of any changes prior to the on-site portion of the course.
Pre-Travel Health Questionnaire
Within 48 hours of the course, we ask all attendees to self-evaluate their travel fitness prior to traveling to the course site. Please get a COVID test if you are experiencing any symptoms (fever, sore throat, dry cough, runny nose, shortness of breath, loss of smell/taste), have recently been exposed to someone who has tested positive for COVID-19 or one of its variants, or recently diagnosed with COVID-19 or one of its variants.

Not Feeling Well at the Course?
While onsite, if you are sick with COVID-19 or think you might have COVID-19, it is recommended that you get tested as soon as possible after your symptoms start, wear a mask, and where possible, avoid contact with others.
Please inform staff of your illness ASAP so precautionary measures can be taken. If you have an emergency warning sign (including trouble breathing) and need immediate assistance, call 911.
Expected Behavior Policy
By registering for the course, you are agreeing to abide by the Master Brewers behavior policy:
We are dedicated to providing a harassment-free meeting experience for everyone, regardless of
gender, sexual orientation, disability, physical appearance, body size, race, or religion. We do not
tolerate harassment of participants in any form. We ask all attendees, exhibitors, speakers,
sponsors, volunteers, guests, and other participants to be considerate and respectful to all members
and refrain from demeaning, discriminatory, or harassing behavior and speech. Please note, if you
register a guest for the conference, you may be held responsible for the actions of the guest.
Violations of this policy should be reported to meeting staff.
Master Brewers reserves the right to remove any individual from attendance or other participation
in any Master Brewers sponsored event without prior warning or refund, and to take additional
