Technical Presentation

Brewhouse Efficiencies: Methods to Improve Output
The ability for brew houses to improve efficiencies is one of the areas where small, incremental improvements can have a major impact of production and profitability. We will be discussing how, through the use of increasing analytical and quantitative testing, improvements can be achieved that could increase efficiencies up to 5%. The topics covered will start with the congress mash through the fermentation and include the use of both laboratory analytical and in-line process instrumentation to aid automation.
