By purchasing "Full Brewing Summit," you are adding the 2018 ASBC Meeting to your registration, giving you access to programming taking place August 12, which includes the ASBC Happy Hour.

Member, Nonmember, Student, Presenter, and Retired registrations include: admission to the technical sessions and workshops taking place August 13–15; exhibits; lunches on Monday, August 13, and Tuesday, August 14; posters; Master Brewers Happy Hour; and the Brewing Summit Bayfront Party.

Exhibitor registration includes entrance to the Brewing Summit technical program taking place August 13–14, the Brewing Summit Bayfront Party, and both the ASBC and Master Brewers Happy Hours. By purchasing "Full Brewing Summit,” an exhibitor will gain access to programming on August 12 and 15. Tickets for all other events must be purchased. Each exhibiting company is entitled to one (1) complimentary registration.

Single Day registration includes technical sessions and workshops, exhibits and lunch (if open), and posters on the day of attendance. Single Day registration does not include any Happy Hours or the Brewing Summit Bayfront Party.

Guests must register and purchase a "Guest Bundle" to have access to the hospitality room and to attend the Master Brewers Happy Hour and Brewing Summit Bayfront Party. Guests wishing to attend the ASBC Happy Hour must purchase a separate ticket. Guests do not have access to the sessions or exhibit hall.

Coworkers and business associates are not considered guests and must pay the applicable registration fees.

Meistersud Mentor Program

Will this year's conference be your first? Are you unsure of what to expect, or how to maximize your time at the Brewing Summit? Want to share your insight with others at the meeting? Then the Meistersud Mentor Program is for you! This program is hosted by the Master Brewers Membership Task Force and is open to both first-time conference attendees as well as those interested in showing new attendees the ropes of the meeting.

Disclaimer

By registering for the 2018 Master Brewers Conference, you guarantee that you are 21 years of age or older. Minors under age 21 will not be allowed to attend any Master Brewers or Brewing Summit programs or functions, including but not limited to the technical sessions, hospitality room, exhibition, and receptions. Please note: you must be able to produce current, valid identification at any point during the event upon request.

Cancellation/Refund Policy

Registration cancellations must be made in writing and received by Master Brewers no later than July 6, 2018. Cancellations received by this date are subject to a $100 processing fee. Conference registration and ticketed event cancellations received after July 6, 2018, are not subject to a refund. Master Brewers reserves the right to cancel any ticketed event should registrations not meet the minimum number of participants required. In the event of a Master Brewers cancelled event, Master Brewers will refund registration fees for the cancelled event. Master Brewers is not liable for nonrefundable airfares or ticket change penalties imposed by the airlines. By registering for this conference, you agree to the cancellation and refund terms and conditions.

Photo Release

Photographs will be taken at the 2018 Master Brewers Conference for use in promotional materials after the meeting has concluded. By registering for this meeting, you agree to allow Master Brewers to use your photo.

Attendees from Outside the United States

Recently, the United States has updated its visa policies to increase security for citizens and visitors, so the process of applying for your visa may have changed from the last time you applied or may take longer. Please visit the U.S. Visa website for official information. The Department of State encourages you to apply for your visa as soon as possible. Some consulates may have backlogs in scheduling visa interviews, so applicants should contact the consulate to find out how long the wait is for an interview.
