Great lagers take time — and that means now is exactly the right moment to start talking about them! Join us Monday, July 13th, at Eckhart Brewing for our next Shop Talk as we dive into the art and science of lager brewing, with a seasonal focus on Oktoberfest brewing. Our panel conversation will feature Jack Hendler of Hendler Family Brewing, who literally wrote the book on lager brewing, and Tom Nielson, whose time at Sierra Nevada had him collaborating with some of the greats in traditional lager brewing.

Whether you're chasing a crisp, clean profile or experimenting with traditional styles, this is the meeting to dial in your process. We'll be sharing techniques, troubleshooting fermentation challenges, and talking all things lager — from lagering temps to yeast selection to cellaring timelines.

Come ready to be inspired and start planning your next batch. Prost! ?

Please please please pre-register to attend. *If we don't meet a minimum of pre-registrants that ensure a valuable attendance for our panelists (some of whom are traveling from afar), we will be forced to postpone or cancel. Thank you for understanding!
