Hosted by MBAA and Cicerone®, this immersive tasting experience brings together four Southern California Master Cicerones® to explore the science and artistry of beer sensory analysis, exceptional food pairings, and the stories behind every pour. Discover beer in a whole new way with learnings led by Cicerone® Certification Program President, Dan Imdieke, Assistant Brewmaster at Golden Road, Gavin Harper, Technical Sales Manager for Abstrax, Craig Thomas, and the newest Master Cicerone®, Quality and Education Lead at The Bruery, Scott Fielder.
