About our speaker, Jim Boyd:
Jim Boyd is Director of Sales and Hop Processing and Logistics Manager for Roy Farms of Moxee, Wa. Jim also acts as Technical Manager for the American Dwarf Hop Association and Hop Sales Manager for Organic Hops Northwest. Roy has been involved in hops full time since 1997 having previously worked for both Hop Union and Yakima Chief. Jim has also spent time managing Dogfish Head Brewings and Eats and at one time called District Philadelphia his home district.
