Microbiology and Brewing Fundamentals Seminar

General Information:

The MBAA District Ontario Technical Conference has gained a worldwide reputation as one of the leading forums for the presentation and exchange of technical information relating to the brewing industry.  The conference allows delegates to listen and direct questions to a diverse group of technical people.

Enjoy technical presentations on Thursday, meet old friends, and make new acquaintances enjoying the Beer Stube in the evening.  On Friday enjoy the technical conference and full course lunch.

The Beer Stube will be open Thursday January 27th, from 8 pm until midnight for delegates and speakers.

The conference registration desk will be open Thursday 6:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. and Friday 8:00 a.m. to noon.

Space will be limited, so pre-registration by January 25th 2011 is recommended. Conference cost is CDN$145 (US$140). Payment can be made via:

3) Registration at the door will be CDN$170 (US$165), GST included (GST # 896735628). Receipts will be available at the desk.

Our conference hotel, The Westin Bristol Place, enjoys a well deserved reputation as one of the premier hotels on the Airport Strip.  If you plan to stay at the hotel, please reserve directly through the hotel.  To obtain the special convention rate, book by January 14th, 2011 and indicate that you are attending the MBAC conference.
