Although unified as a single state, Northern California and Southern California share a notorious rivalry. But this October, we’re setting differences aside. District Northern California and District Southern California are teaming up to present California MBAA Technical Conference. We’re gathering some great presenters to speak about everything from raw materials to quality assurance to barrel aging. So plan on attending! There will be plenty of opportunities to learn, to socialize with fellow brewers throughout California, and to enjoy the central coast weather.
