District New England - 2015 Summer worshop - August 7 & 8th​​

MBAA District New England is pleased to announce the 2nd year of what we hope to be an Annual Summer Technical Session for our members.  Again this year we will be at the American Brewers Guild Training Center inside Drop-In Brewing in Middlebury, VT.  

Our focus this year will be Brewery QA Programs.

The weekend will consist of a terrific Friday evening dinner and welcoming introductory session on Craft Distilling at the Appalachian Gap Distillery beginning at ~4:30pm.

Saturday starting at 9am attendees will be busy with rotating classroom and hands-on laboratory sessions at the Drop-In Brewing Co / ABG. The plan is for a full day Saturday with lunch included, and you'll be free at 5pm or so.

Matt Linske - Microbiologist at BDAS LLC.  Micro Programs - Medias to use, Plating techniques, swabbing, sterile sampling, identifying micros.

Bob Scott / Charlie Giambrone - Vice Presidents - Food Safety Division at Rochester Midland Company.  Basics principles of CIP process, chemical types and standard dosage, cemo on using titration kits.
