Abstract
This article details the steps taken by one brewery to achieve competent job training and process control by,efficient supervision. Wherever possible standard procedures were installed and haphazard arrangements were reduced to a minimum. A company image had to be projected and this could not be done unless the company’s aims were clearly understood by all concerned.
