Abstract
Profits don't just happen-they must be planned. Management by results, an enlightened and proven management concept, utilizes a three-pronged, planned approach to achieve profits. It establishes concrete profit objectives, it lays out definite plans for accomplishing these objectives and it contains its own built-in management control system for monitoring the progress of the plans. Thus, management by results concentrates on those corporate activities which provide the greater payback.
