The practical application of hop extracts in brewing

Abstract
Analyses of two hop extracts---humohop and isohop ---are presented, and performance of these and a number of commercial extracts is evaluated. Results of several brewery trials of isohop and humohop are given; the character of these two extracts with respect to light stability of beer, wort utilization, in-bottle utilization, and brewing yields is summarized.
