Abstract
Ultimate objective in brewery air conditioning is simultaneous control of temperature, humidity, air distribution, and air purity. Problems solved economically by Kathabar system include frosting of coils, dewpoint limitations, re-contamination effect, wet surfaces, mold and bacteria growth, inadequate moisture control, and excessive maintenance.
