MBAA - INGE RUSSELL BEST PAPER AWARD
Established in 2007, the Inge Russell Best Paper Award
is awarded annually to a member or members who have authored the year's
best paper in the Technical Quarterly. It was created to honor Dr.
Russell, a former Chair of the Editorial Board, who over the years has
given invaluable technical assistance to the 'TQ' and the MBAA.
