If selected to receive an award, my organization will share nonproprietary information on its successful performance of excellence strategies with other U.S. and International breweries.
I state and attest that 1) I have reviewed the information provided by my organization in this award application. 2) to the best of my knowledge, this package contains no untrue statement of material fact and omits no material fact that I am legally permitted to disclose and that affects my organization’s ethical and legal practices. This includes but is not limited to sanctions and ethical breaches.
Excellence in Sustainability Summary Submission In addition to the nomination form, please submit up to a 1,000 word summary that describes your excellence in sustainability project. You may include details relevant to the site; however, this summary will be pre-read by a proctor for anonymity. Any reference to brewery, city, or state will be removed for the judges.
