*Each exhibiting company is entitled to one complimentary registration. Each person affiliated with the same company must complete a registration.
**Students registering for Registration Plus Student Membership must have a faculty member sign to qualify for the discounted rate.
***Guests wishing to attend the Celebration Reception must purchase tickets in advance or onsite. Guests do not have access to the sessions or the exhibit hall. Guest must register to have access to the Bierstube. Coworkers and business associates are not considered guests.

Member/Nonmember/Exhibitor/Presenter/Student/Retired registrations include admission to the technical sessions and workshops, exhibits and lunches, posters, MBAA Happy Hour, Celebration Reception, and Afterglow Party.

Single Day registration includes entrance to the technical sessions and exhibits on the day of registration. It does not include the MBAA Celebraton Reception.

Disclaimer 

By registering for the 2015 MBAA Annual Conference, you guarantee that you are 21 years of age or older. Minors under age 21 will not be allowed to attend any of the Annual Conference’s program or functions, including but not limited to the technical sessions, hospitality room, exhibition, and receptions. Please note, you must be able to produce current, valid identification at any point during the event upon request.

Cancellation/Refund Policy

Registration cancellations must be made in writing and received by MBAA no later than September 3, 2015. Cancellations received by this date are subject to a $100 processing fee. Ticketed events will be fully refunded. Meeting registration and ticketed event cancellations received after September 3, 2015, are not subject to a refund. MBAA reserves the right to cancel any ticketed event should registrations not meet the minimum number of participants required. In the event of an MBAA-cancelled event, MBAA will fully refund registration fees for the cancelled ticket event.

Attendees from Outside the United States

Recently, the United States has updated its visa policies to increase security for citizens and visitors, so the process of applying for your visa may have changed from the last time you applied or may take longer. Please visit the U.S. Department of State website for official information. The Department of State encourages you to apply for your visa as soon as possible. Some consulates may have backlogs in scheduling visa interviews so applicants should contact the consulate to find out how long the wait is for an interview. Visa wait times are available online here.
