He has made various presentations on keg line operations and optimization including at the 2008 World Brewing Congress in Honolulu, the 2013 Craft Brewers Conference in Washington, DC, the 2013 MBAA Annual meeting in Austin, TX and numerous MBAA district meetings. Chris will outline some of the major QA issues that relate specifically to packaging draft beer.​
