Barley Researchers and Master Brewers to meet in Winnipeg on June 25th to 29th, 2007

District Western Canada Master Brewers Association of the Americas along with the 5th Canadian Barley Symposium are pleased to announce a joint meeting to be held in Winnipeg on June 25th to 29th, 2007. The meeting, to be held over a four day period, will feature a “crossover day” during which presentations of interest to both groups will be delivered. Tours of local malting facilities, the Canadian International Grains Institute, the Canadian Malting Barley Technical Centre, the Grain Research Laboratory and grain terminals will also be part of the joint convention. Attendees will be able to avail themselves of the summer hospitality of Winnipeg, including world class beaches, the Forks, shopping and golf.
