About our speakers:

Carol Stoudt

Originally a kindergarten teacher, Carol became the figurehead and face of Stoudt’s Brewing Co. After raising 5 children, Carol and her husband Ed built a brewery in 1987, and soon became pioneers in the craft brewing industry. Carol has spent the last 25 years supporting her children and grandchildren and selling beer. She remains active in the business- overseeing sales, attending special beer events, and periodically working the market. Carol enjoys traveling, cooking, and spending time with her 5 children and 6 grandchildren.

Elizabeth Stoudt

Elizabeth is the eldest daughter of Ed and Carol and proud mother of two creative boys. There is never a dull moment for Elizabeth as she balances the gentle chaos of managing 400 antique dealers with the tranquility of producing artisal Breads and cheese. She is also a lover of farm animals, stinky cheese, herbs, cooking, and the search for something different and new.
