This is a cooking school with demonstration areas as well as seating, and a separate small dining room
The event:
There will be a welcome cask of beer - the Chef/owner John will do an introductory presentation describing what is at each station, how beer was either incorporated or why it was chosen to go with the food item. After this people will circulate and get their food, chefs will be at each station to discuss the food and beer pairings further; a variety of beers will be poured by the staff at each station.
Food:
This will be a stand up, social - (there will be some seating but the idea is to mill around and socialize, try different beers with food matchings) There will be four food stations with smaller plate portions that can be eaten as finger foods or with a fork. No cutting required.
Cost: $85 per person.
