and welcoming introductory session on Craft Distilling at the Appalachian Gap Distillery beginning at ~4:30pm.

Saturday starting at 9am attendees will be busy
with rotating classroom and hands-on laboratory sessions at the Drop-In Brewing Co / ABG. The plan is for a
full day Saturday with lunch included, and you'll be free at 5pm or so.
