I have been in the centrifugation industry for over 40 years. The value of craft beer justifies a beer clarifier at 5,000 bbl/y and up.
In a recent start-up at a small brewery in Eastern Mass, we clarified an amber lager clearer then a 3 weeks cold conditioned beer.
In addition, we increased the yield by 6-8%.
