Abstract
Management! Do we face the same problems today as we did almost 50 years ago? Let's take a look! An excellent paper entitled "Human Engineering: The Technical, Organizational and Personal Factors of Production" was given by Louis E. Davis at the 1955 Convention of the M.B.A.A. in San Francisco. Professor Davis was Associate Professor of Industrial Engineering at the University of California. No matter how big your company is, many of the same things apply!
