Abstract
The use of the Schenk Filterbau "RFM" sterile filtration system (described in Brew. Guardian, April 1993, 122(4), 20-23) as part of a complete filtering line also incorporating a primary filter (still under development at the time of writing) using Schenk's regenerable filter aid in place of kieselguhr, together with a PVPP stabilizing filter, is described.
