A full program of speakers for this year's Conference will be posted shortly. There will be an emphasis on the production of wheat beer in both large and small breweries. A tutored tasting session is included.

General Information:

The MBAA District Ontario Technical Conference has gained a worldwide reputation as one of the leading forums for the presentation and exchange of technical information relating to the brewing industry.  The conference allows delegates to listen and direct questions to a diverse group of technical people.

Enjoy technical presentations, meet old friends, and make new acquaintances while enjoying the Beer Stube in the evening.  On Friday enjoy the technical conference and full course lunch.

The Beer Stube will be open Thursday January 26th, from 8 pm until midnight for delegates and speakers.

The conference registration desk will be open Thursday 6:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. and Friday 8:00 a.m. to noon.
