MBAC Technical Meeting - September 26, 2002, London, Ontario
Approximately 50 members and guests gathered for the September technical meeting hosted by the Labatt Brewery in London, Ontario on September 26th. Informative presentations were provided by Lisa Madsen (Pall Filters) discussing the "Application of Membrane Filter Filtration Technology for Beer Stabilization" and Brian Cole (Cole Consult) discussing the "Effective Use of Outside Consultants". Following the presentations members and guests enjoyed some time to socialize with one another before sitting down to a delicious dinner which incorporated beer in all the dishes, including the desert. Apparently the chocolate cake recipe included not only beer but sauerkraut as well!
