Recent Memories of the
MBAA District New England

District New England met at The Redhook Ale Brewery in Portsmouth, New Hampshire on Friday, November 17. We were treated to a discussion on yeast strain maintenance, storage, metabolism, and cellular structure presented by Dr. Chris White of White Labs, who traveled from San Diego to visit with us. There was a lively (and long!) Q&A session after the presentation, and we wwrapped up with a tour of the Redhook facility, dinner, and several beers.

District New England would like to thank Dr. White, Lisa White, and all the folks at White Labs for so graciously coming out to speak to us, and we'd also like to thank Doug MacNair and the staff of Redhook in Portsmouth for again providing us with a great space to meet.
